In family law cases heard in this court, it requires an understanding of how to handle the vast disputes people face in this court.  It is crucial to have an experienced family law attorney on the 322nd District Court bench.

My wife Terry and I have been happily married for thirty-seven years.  We have a daughter, Allison, a graduate of Texas A&M.  James is also a member of Sons of the American Revolution, The Sons of the Republic of Texas, General Society of Colonial Wars, Society of the War of 1812, and a former Rotarian, for the Eastside Fort Worth. When we have the time to spend we are actively involved in farming and agriculture, farming with Jim and Terry.
